In my late 20’s I was in a relationship that was ‘ok’
I was in a job that was ‘ok’
I was living a life that was just ‘ok’
I had traveled the world, had incredible experiences, and had a good friend group. But I was depressed, unfulfilled, and disillusioned with life. I remember having the thought one day - is this it?
As a child, I couldn’t wait to be an adult but if this was it I had this deep feeling of disappointment that it wasn’t more.
And just to be clear, there was nothing wrong, on the outside I looked happy and successful plus everything was going to plan according to our society's formula for success.
I was doing all ‘the right things that I believed were meant to make me happy and to look at me I had it all but deep down I wasn’t getting ahead the way I wanted to and had this feeling that there must be MORE TO LIFE. I didn’t want to settle for just the ordinary or feeling ‘ok’ - I wanted to thrive, to be happy, to be energized and fulfilled.
That’s when I found this work and realized that I had been in survival mode my whole life and that I had no idea how to thrive, in fact, I had no idea what my own needs even where I’d spent my whole life putting other people's needs before my own.
I’ve spent the last 20 years learning & practicing methods of manifesting to reprogram my mind away from scarcity & ‘not enough’ thinking around my own worth. I grew up in a family that ‘made do’ you couldn’t ask for more or desire more or else you looked greedy and ungrateful for what you had so I became an expert in abandoning my own needs and desires as I ‘should’ be happy with what I had.
My belief system around my own worth, receiving, and deserving was so low.
But, when I learned about belief systems, energetics, the subconscious mind, nervous system regulation, and universal laws my whole life changed.
I realized that I AM A POWERFUL CREATOR and that everything in my life
is a direct reflection of my inner dialogue and belief systems.
So I learned to master my inner world and reprogram my subconscious mind for success.
In the last 10 years I HAVE MANIFESTED:
- An International Music and Recording Career (my last album was recored in the same studio in Alabama, USA that my hero Arthea Franklin recorded in)
- A £20,000 advert synch deal for one of my songs (which magically appeared from nowhere, I didn't go looking for it)
- Worldwide Press (including a full page in The Daily Mirror and 2 page spread in the Sunday Times) and Radio Play (including Radio 6, RTE 1 'Album of the Week' and a live session on BBC Radio London with Gaby Roslin)
