'Abundant & Free' is an 8 Week Live Online GROUP COACHING program for courageous, ambitious, heart centred leaders, entrepreneurs and wantrepreneurs (those who are wishing to start their own business or 2nd income) who are maybe feeling stuck or limited in some way with their levels of confidence, ease, success and abundance in their lives and career/business.

WHAT DOES TRUE ABUNDANCE MEAN TO YOU?

Abundance isn't just about the amount of money you earn, abundance is also found in the level of fulfilment you feel, the quality of your relationships, your health and vitality, the amount of love and compassion you have for yourself and others as well as the flexibility and freedom that you have in your life. Abundance to me is a vibe, an energy, a feeling of deep self worth which then reflects in your vibrational energy, makes you magnetic and positively impacts every area of your life.

And I truly believe that this level of abundance in EVERY area of life is available to everyone in equal measures.

I’ve spent the last 18 years learning & practicing methods of manifesting to reprogram my mind away from scarcity & ‘not enough’ thinking around money. I grew up in a family that didn't have a lot of money for extras, all our needs were met in terms of food and clothing but there was never any ease or trust with money.
